This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for August 28, 2008:
My Best Friend emigrated last year from South Africa to New Zealand! Miss her terribly!
...But the good news is that she's joined Gaia, so now we stay in touch HERE!!!!!
I don't have many friends or family that really understand me and who I've become recently. The only person I can pick up with as if we've never been apart, is my best friend from school. She works and lives in Cape Town, an hour and a half away from me. She's just an e-mail away, but I miss seeing her and talking with her. Would love to see her again! Soon, my friend, I'll make a plan and we can catch up!

I'm making new friends here on Gaia and it is really an amazing experience for me! It is also becoming more real for me now as I'm getting to know the ropes and becoming more involved!!!! It is helping me through a very trying time in my life as I have been struggling to connect with spirit =( …but just the knowledge that I have somewhere to go where the sun is always shining has helped tremendously!
